We match the price and still offer you a 5% discount! The lowest rate can be claimed if found within 72 hours after the end of the day on which the confirmation of your reservation with STAY HOTELS was obtained, for the same hotel, dates, length of stay, regime of stay, number of guests, room type and currency used. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to Promotional Offers - such as the Non-Refundable Rate or Early Booking -, Special Partner Offers or Campaigns in place that grant an additional discount after confirming the reservation. --- **What are the procedures to be followed?** To submit a request, you should, whenever possible, send us an email to [comunicacao@stayhotels.pt](mailto:comunicacao@stayhotels.pt), containing the following information: full name, telephone contact, reservation information (hotel, reservation number, dates of the stay, amount paid for the reservation with STAY HOTELS) and information on the best reservation found (value, website where you found the most competitive offer, screenshot showing all the information of the reservation). After verification by STAY HOTELS, the response to the request follows via email, within a maximum period of 48 hours. If your order complies with all applicable conditions, you will benefit from the "Best Price Guarantee". If your request does not comply with the conditions, we will inform you of the reasons for refusal. Alternatively, you can submit your request at the Hotel reception, and the information provided will be promptly evaluated by our Team. STAY HOTELS has the total right to modify or cancel, at any time and without prior notice, the terms and conditions governing the "Best Price Guarantee" offer.
