QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

JUST STAY HOTELS  is a private company, controlled by two Private Equity funds managed by Inter-Risco, which strengthens its socio-economic dimension and the need to be recognized as a socially responsible organisation, linked to the public interest and to the principles of sustainable growth.

The mission of JUST STAY HOTELS is to provide its customers with quality services, transforming them into unique and innovative experiences, passionately provided by attentive staff, creating economic and social value.

The Board of Directors of JUST STAY HOTELSis committed to adopting a socially responsible and ethical strategy, embracing economic, social and environmental matters.

Regarding the Quality and Environmental Management System, JUST STAY HOTELS undertakes to:

  • Identify the needs and expectations of its internal and external clients to ensure their satisfaction;
  • ¬†Comply with legal requirements, standards, regulations and other applicable requirements, particularly those regarding the hospitality industry, including food safety;
  • ¬†Prevent the occurrence of hazards that may affect food safety and maintain product traceability;
  • Guarantee safe and genuine products that are appropriately labelled and displayed, increasing trust in their safety;
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System;
  • Conduct self-assessments to detect any possible non-compliance in a timely manner, allowing for corrective and risk reduction actions to be taken;
  • Take the necessary measures to protect the environment, by promoting the rational use of natural resources, pollution prevention and emissions' control;
  • Select and monitor suppliers and service providers, and evaluate their performance;
  • Raise environmental awareness among our employees, suppliers and service providers and encourage them to adopt best practices for environmental protection;
  • Promote the development of its Employees, providing suitable training, exposure and guidance to attain, at all levels of the organization, full involvement and commitment to improving the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System;
  • Carry out periodic performance evaluations of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, review and establish new objectives to continuously improve the quality of services provided, as well as environmental practices;
  • Efficiently perform management, support and service activities in order to continuously improve competitiveness.‚ÄĚ
