According to Decree-Law 144/2015 of 08 September, on the creation of mechanisms for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, customers may use various dispute arbitration centers according to the location of the different STAY HOTELS :

STAY HOTEL COIMBRA CENTRO

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of the District of Coimbra, with a website at www.centrodearbitragemdecoimbra.com and head office at Avenida Fernão Magalhães, no. 240, 1, 3000-172 Coimbra.

STAY HOTEL ÉVORA CENTER AND STAY HOTEL TORRES VEDRAS CENTRO

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use the CNIACC - National Center for Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration, with a website at www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org and head office at the University of Lisbon Law School, Campolide Campus, 1099-032 Lisbon .

STAY HOTEL GUIMARÃES CENTRO

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of Vale do Ave, with a website at www.triave.pt and head office at Rua Capitão Alfredo Guimarães, nº1, 4800-019 Guimarães.
